RASPBERRY PIE 
1 (3 oz.) raspberry Jello
1/4 c. sugar
1 1/4 c. boiling water
2 c. fresh raspberries
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/3 c. powder sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. whipping cream
9 inch pie shell

Dissolve Jello and sugar in boiling water. Add berries. Chill until partly set. Meanwhile, blend cream cheese, powder sugar and vanilla. Whip the cream, fold into cheese mixture. Spread 1/2 cheese mixture over pie, then 1/2 Jello mixture. Repeat, garnish with 3 fresh raspberries, chill.

(I also add extra powder sugar to the whip cream for more sweetness)
