PIZZA CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
16 oz. jar Ragu spaghetti or pizza sauce
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 1/2 to 2 c. Rotini noodles, cooked
4 oz. can sliced mushrooms
3 to 4 oz. sliced pepperoni
8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded

Brown ground beef with onions and peppers. Drain and stir in sauce, mushrooms and noodles. Top with a layer of sliced pepperoni and then shredded Mozzarella cheese. Bake at 400 degrees until cheese is melted and bubbly.
