PIZZA CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 (15 oz.) jar pizza sauce
1 (4 oz.) jar sliced mushrooms
1 tbsp. oregano
1 tsp. garlic salt
2 c. rotini, cooked & drained
2/3 c. milk
2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese

Brown ground beef, drain. Stir in pizza sauce, undrained mushrooms, oregano and garlic salt. Cook until bubbly, remove from heat. Combine rotini and milk.

In a 2-quart casserole dish, layer half of meat mixture, rotini and cheese. Repeat layers. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Serves 6.
