1 pkg. white cake mix 2 sm. pkg. pistachio instant pudding 1 c. oil 1 c. ginger ale 3 eggs 1/2 c. chopped pecans 1 1/4 c. cold milk 2 c. whipped topping (Cool Whip) Mix first 5 ingredients in bowl 4 minutes at medium speed. Bake at 350 degrees (layers-25 minutes, loaf-40 minutes). FROSTING: 1 pkg. instant pudding 1 1/4 c. cold milk 2 c. whipped topping Pecans Whip pudding and milk until thick; add whipped topping. Top cake with pecans. |
