"LOWER" FAT "LOWER" CAL
CRUSTLESS CHEESECAKE
 
3 (8 oz.) pkg. "lite" cream cheese, room temperature
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. lemon flavoring
3/4 to 1 c. sugar
2 c. "nonfat" vanilla yogurt

In large bowl beat with electric mixer cheese until lite and creamy. Add eggs and flavoring together and then add sugar. Beat yogurt by hand as you add to cheese mixture. Beat until thoroughly combined. Bake in preheated 375 degree oven for 60 minutes in a well buttered spring pan. You can serve alone or add fresh fruit or canned pie filling to top. You'll never miss the crust, you'll be surprised.
