CHESS BARS

1 box yellow cake mix
1 egg
1 stick butter

Mix and press into bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan.

TOPPING:

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
2 eggs
1 box confectioners' sugar

Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour.
