1 box butter cake mix
1/4 c. butter
1 egg, beaten

Mix together and press into a 9x13 inch pan. 8 oz. cream cheese (at room temp.) 1 box powdered sugar 1 tsp. vanilla

Mix ingredients and pour on top of above mixture and bake for abut 30 minutes.
