BAKED PEARS 
2 lg. cans of pears, drained
1 sm. can frozen orange juice
1 c. water
1/2 c. sugar
Dash salt
1 1/2 tsp. cornstarch
1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice

Lay pears rounded side up in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Cook all of the remaining ingredients until thickened. Pour over pears. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve hot or cold. Will keep well for several days.
