LEMON BARS 
CRUST:

1/4 c. powdered sugar
1 c. flour
1/8 tsp. salt
1/3 c. butter

TOPPING:

1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 tbsp. lemon juice
Grated rind of 1 lemon

CRUST: Mix together. Bake in 8" square pan in a 350 degree oven 15 minutes. While still hot, pour topping on. Bake for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar when cool. Cut into bars or squares. Double the recipe for a 9"x13" pan.
