LORI'S SALSA 
2 lb. Roma tomatoes
1 med. onion
2 garlic cloves
10 to 15 jalapenos, stems cut off
Cilantro

In food processor, blend 1/2 the tomatoes until pureed. Put in bowl. Take seeds and veins out of 1/2 the jalapenos. Then, leaving it chunkier, chop all the rest of the ingredients, adding a small bit of the cilanto. Serve with chips.
