DRIED BEEF CASSEROLE 
2 c. uncooked macaroni
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
3 or 4 oz. dried beef, torn
1 1/2 c. cubed or grated Cheddar cheese
4 hard-cooked eggs
1/4 c. chopped onions
2 c. milk

Mix and pour into 2 quart casserole. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Stir, bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
