CHILI 
1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
1 lb. ring beef sausage (like Hillshire Farms), chopped
1 lg. onion, chopped
6 cloves garlic minced
1 lg. can tomatoes
7 oz. can green chilies
1 or 2 jalapeno peppers, chopped
14 oz. bottle catsup
1 pkg. chili seasoning mix
1 can green beans, drained
1 can Pinto beans, drained
2 cans kidney beans, drained
Shredded cheese
Sour cream

Brown hamburger, sausage and onion; drain. Add all other ingredients except cheese and sour cream. Add 1 1/2 to 2 cups water depending on thickness desired. Bring to boil. Then simmer 2 hours, covered. You may add salt and pepper to taste. Serve in bowls. Top with shredded cheese and sour cream. This is the most delicious chili I have ever eaten.
