PINEAPPLE CARROT CAKE | |
1 1/2 c. Wesson oil 2 c. sugar 4 eggs 2 med. carrots, grated 1 c. crushed pineapple, drained 2 c. flour 2 tsp. baking soda (level) 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. cinnamon Mix all together in mixer, stir in crushed pineapple. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. FROSTING: 1 lg. Philadelphia cream cheese 1 stick butter 1 box powdered sugar Mix together and spread on cake when cool. |
