HUMMING BIRD CAKE 
3 c. plain flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. oil
3 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
3 lg. bananas, mashed
2 c. chopped pecans

Sift dry ingredients together. Add all other ingredients and stir until well mixed, but do not beat. Bake in 10 inch greased and floured pan at 325 degrees for 1 hour, 15 minutes. Cool in pan. Do not turn out before cake cools.

FROSTING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese at room temp.
1 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 box confectioners' sugar

Mix together and frost cake.
