BROWNIES 
3/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter
9 tsp. cocoa
2 eggs
1 c. sugar (white)
1/2 c. chopped walnuts (optional)

Mix flour, baking powder and salt together. Melt butter and add cocoa and butter. Beat eggs well and add sugar gradually to eggs. Then add chocolate mixture and blend. Add flour. Mix well. Stir in nuts if desired. Bake in greased 8x8x2 inch pan at 350 degrees for 25 minutes exactly for moist chewy brownies. 30 minutes for cake-like brownies. Use creamy chocolate frosting.
