MANDARIN ORANGE CAKE 
1 pkg. lemon cake mix
1 sm. pkg. vanilla instant pudding
1 can mandarin oranges, undrained
4 eggs
1/3 c. Crisco oil
2 tbsp. flour

Mix all ingredients well. Bake in 3 (8 inch) round cake pans. Cool completely. Add frosting.

FROSTING:

1 lg. carton Cool Whip
1 sm. pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 sm. can pineapple, crushed

Mix well; frost and refrigerate.
