PEANUT BUSTER PARFAITS 
16 oz. Oreo cookies, crushed
1/2 c. melted butter

Put in 9 x 13 inch pan. Chill until firm.

Next layer: 1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream

Then in saucepan: 1 c. evaporated milk 2/3 c. chocolate chips 1/2 c. butter

Boil for 8 minutes. Stir constantly. Add 1 teaspoon vanilla. Cool completely. Pour over ice cream. Freeze for 12 hours or longer.
