REESE'S CHEWY CHOCOLATE COOKIES | |
1 1/2 c. butter 2 c. sugar 2 eggs 2 tsp. vanilla 2 c. flour 3/4 c. cocoa 1 tsp. baking soda 2 c. Reese's peanut butter chips Cream butter and sugar in large mixer bowl. Add eggs and vanilla; beat well. Combine flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt; gradually blend into creamed mixture. Stir in chips. Drop by teaspoons onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 to 9 minutes. Do not over bake. (Cookies are soft; they will puff during baking, flatten upon cooling.) Cool until set about 1 minute. Remove from cookie sheet; cool completely on wire rack. |
