COUNTRY FRIED STEAK 
6 cube steaks, flattened between wax paper (tenderized)
2 lg. onions
10-12 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. nature's seasoning
1/3 c. oil (vegetable)

Heat oil in skillet and slice onions in half and slice half moon slices and fry until translucent. Take out and drain. Mix flour with spices and dip steaks into and fry in skillet, brown on both sides. Take out and keep warm in oven.

Make gravy in skillet using rest of flour mixture cooked into remaining oil and crispies. Don't burn flour. Add 1/2 water and 1/2 milk to make gravy. Add onions to gravy and serve with steaks. Serves 4-6 people.
