OAT BRAN MUFFINS 
2 c. oat bran
1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. 2% milk
2 egg whites, slightly beaten
1/4 c. honey or molasses
2 tbsp. vegetable oil

Heat oven to 425 degrees. Mix all ingredients together until dry ingredients are moistened. Fill muffin cups almost full. Bake 15 to 17 minutes (makes 1 dozen). Can add 1/4 cup raisins or 1/2 cup mashed bananas.
