OAT BRAN MUFFINS | |
2 cups Oat Bran 1/4 cup brown sugar, firmly packed 2 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. salt 2 egg whites, slightly beaten 1 cup low-fat milk 2 tbsp. vegetable oil 1/4 cup honey Mix dry ingredients together. Mix liquid ingredients together. Add the liquid mixture to the dry mixture. Mix well. Place in muffin pans and bake at 350°F until done. These muffins have no cholesterol and only 120 calories per muffin. |
