ITALIAN ROUND STEAK 
1 round steak (med. to thick)
Oil for frying
1 egg
2 tbsp. milk
Dash of pepper
1/8 tsp. salt
Italian style bread crumbs
2 c. prepared spaghetti sauce
8 oz. Mozzarella cheese

Trim round steak. Pound to tenderize. Cut into serving size pieces. Beat together egg, milk, salt, and pepper. Dip meat in egg mixture, then in bread crumbs. Heat oil in large frying pan; fry the meat until browned on both sides. In baking pan, pour a thin layer of sauce. Place meat in pan and cover with the remaining sauce. Cover and bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and cover meat with cheese and bake until cheese is melted.
