JELLO PASTEL POUND CAKE | |
1 pkg. regular (no pudding) white or yellow cake mix 1 (3 oz.) pkg. any flavor gelatin 3/4 c. water 1/2 c. vegetable oil 4 eggs, beaten Mix all ingredients; beat 3 minutes. Turn into greased and floured tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-55 minutes. Cool in pan right side up 15 minutes, then remove from pan. Does not need frosting. Freezes well. Good for sack lunches and picnics because it has less tendency to make crumbs than usual. |
