1 1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 (3 oz.) pkg. Jello gelatin, any flavor
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
3 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder

Mix flour with baking powder Cream butter; gradually add sugar and Jello gelatin; beating well. Beat in egg and vanilla. Gradually add flour mixture, mixing well. Force dough through cookie press onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for about 8 minutes. Makes 10 dozen 1-1 1/2 inch cookies.
