CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 stick butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. chicken broth
1 box Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 whole frying chicken (do not add salt)

Stew the chicken and remove from bone. Melt butter in 9 x 13 pan, put 1/2 stuffing in pan, and place chicken over stuffing. Add soups, broth, onion and seasoning from stuffing mix. Cover with rest of stuffing. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
