CHICKEN IN SHERRY 
1 frying chicken, cut up or equivalent parts, skinned
1 can mushroom soup
3-4 oz. sherry
1 c. slivered almonds
Salt
Pepper

Place chicken, salted and peppered, in casserole. Cover with soup. Top with almonds. Pour sherry over all. Cover dish. Place in 325 degree oven for 2 hours. Serve over rice. Serves 4.
