BROCCOLI AND ONION CASSEROLE 
3 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli (2 chopped, 1 spears)
1 pkg. sm. frozen onion
1/2 c. butter
4 tbsp. flour
2 c. milk
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
3/4 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs

Cook vegetables and drain. Melt butter in saucepan, add flour, salt and pepper to taste. Add milk and cook until thick. Blend in cream cheese and cook until smooth. Place vegetables in a large casserole. Pour sauce over top. Then sprinkle Cheddar cheese, then bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
