RUSSIAN TEA CAKES 
1 c. butter
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
2 1/4 c. flour
3/4 c. chopped nuts

In large bowl combine first 4 ingredients on low speed of mixer about 1 minute. Gradually add flour at low speed until just combined. Stir in nuts. Roll dough into 1 inch balls; place 1 inch apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes. While warm, roll in powdered sugar. Cool. Reroll in powdered sugar.

Makes 4 dozen cookies.
