MACARONI - BACON CASSEROLE | |
1 1/2 c. macaroni 3/4 lb. fried bacon 1 can tomato soup 1/4 lb. Velveeta cheese cubes 2 c. tomato juice 1 med. onion, diced 2-3 celery stalks, diced 1/2 green pepper, diced Cook macaroni; drain and rinse. Fry bacon. In fat, fry onion, celery and green pepper until tender, but not brown. Remove from skillet. Grease casserole dish. Mix everything and bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. |
