CREAMY ZUCCHINI CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 c. zucchini, sliced
1 tbsp. butter
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
1/4 c. milk
1 1/2 c. macaroni, cooked and drained
1 1/2 c. cottage cheese
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
3/4 c. French fried onions

Saute zucchini in butter until tender. Heat cheese and milk over low heat. Stir until smooth. Combine all ingredients EXCEPT onions. Spoon into a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish.

Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Top with onions continue baking 3 to 5 minutes or until onions are golden brown.
