ORANGE - GLAZED BEETS 
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. orange marmalade
1/4 c. orange juice
1 (16 oz.) can sliced beets, drained

Melt butter in a medium saucepan; add marmalade and orange juice, mixing well. Gently stir in beets; cook 5 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Yield: 4 servings.
