CHANNA KARI 
2 (16 oz.) cans chick peas, drained
1 tbsp. curry powder
1 tbsp. minced garlic
1/4 c. chopped parsley
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. oil
1 tsp. salt

Saute pepper and spices in oil. Add chick peas. Stir well. Simmer 5 minutes and serve sprinkled with chopped parsley.
