CARAMEL POPCORN 
15 - 16 c. popcorn
1 c. brown sugar, packed
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. light corn syrup
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda

Over low heat cook sugar, butter, corn syrup and salt. Stir constantly until bubbly around edges. Cook for 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in baking soda until foamy. Pour over popped corn. Stir until popcorn is well coated. Divide coated popcorn between 2 ungreased baking pans 9 x 13 inches. Bake at 200 degrees for 1 hour.
