Melt together:

1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1/2 c. butter
1 c. creamy peanut butter

Pour over:

12 c. Crispix cereal

Mix gently in a big bowl. Put 1/2 cup powdered sugar in a grocery bag and shake. Then add coated Crispix to bag and add an additional 2 cups powdered sugar. Shake until each piece is coated and separate. Store in airtight container.
