FRENCH CUSTARD PIE 
4 eggs, beaten
2 c. granulated sugar
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
Dash of salt
2/3 c. buttermilk
3/4 stick butter, melted
2 tbsp. plain flour

Add flour to melted butter until smooth. Add beaten eggs. Add all other ingredients, pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
