LEMON CUSTARD 
1 stick butter
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. plain flour
Rind of 1 lemon
Juice of 1 lemon
3 eggs, beaten
1 (9-inch) pie shell

Melt 1 stick of butter, and add 1 cup of sugar to which 1 teaspoon plain flour has been added. Add the rind and juice of 1 lemon. Add 3 eggs; beat well. Cook at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes in an uncooked pie shell. Serves 8.
