MANHATTAN MEATBALLS 
1 lb. sausage
2 c. bread crumbs
2 tbsp. parsley flakes
1/2 c. onion bits - chopped onion
Little garlic powder
2 tsp. salt, I use less

Mix and roll into balls. Brown in a skillet. Place in baking dish.

SAUCE: Mix 1 cup barbecue sauce and 1 medium sized jar apricot preserves. Pour over meat an bake at 350 degrees.
