LOW-CAL CARROT SALAD 
2 c. shredded carrot (raw)
1/4 c. raisins
3 tbsp. sour cream
7 tbsp. mayonnaise (fat free)
1/2 c. crushed pineapple

Combine mayo and sour cream, stir until smooth. Add rest of ingredients and mix well. Chill. Serves 4.
