JELLO SALAD - LOW CALORIE 
Bring to a boil 1 large can crushed pineapple. Dissolve in this 1 large or 2 small sugar free packages of orange or lime Jello. Set aside until thickened slightly then add 1 cup cottage cheese and 1 cup buttermilk. Fold in 1 package Cool Whip. 1/2 cup yields 89 calories. Use any Jello flavor that you prefer. Regular Jello will result in slightly higher calorie count.
