SPINACH CASSEROLE | |
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach 2 eggs 8 oz. sour cream 1 tbsp. onion, grated 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated 1 tbsp. flour 2 tbsp. butter 1/2 to 1 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper Cook spinach as directed on package. Drain well, beat eggs, add to spinach. Blend in other ingredients. Place into greased 9 x 9 inch square dish. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Cool slightly and serve. (For spinach lovers, this is delicious!) |
