PENNSYLVANIA DUTCH SHOO-FLY PIE 
2 c. flour
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 stick butter
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix above into crumbs.

3/4 c. baking molasses (Brer Rabbit gold label)
3/4 c. boiling water
1 tsp. baking soda

Mix above into foaming liquid, then pour alternately with crumbs into unbaked pie shells. Makes two 9 inch pies. Bake 35-40 minutes at 350 degrees.
