CHOCOLATE CHIP CAKE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Baker's sweet chocolate
1 sm. pkg. chocolate chips
1 box Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
1 lg. pkg. instant vanilla pudding
4 eggs
1/2 c. oil
1 c. water

Grate chocolate, set aside. Mix the cake mix, pudding, eggs, oil and water together. Stir in half of grated chocolate, put in a 13 x 9 pan. Spread the rest of the grated chocolate on top and then sprinkle the chips on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes (check center like you would for a boxed cake).
