BROCCOLI RICE CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
2 pkgs. frozen broccoli
2 c. cooked white Rice
1/2 c. sauteed onions in butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 sm. can cooked white chicken breast
1/2 tsp. black pepper
2 c. shredded American cheese

Cook broccoli until tender. Combine soups, onion, pepper and milk. Heat over low flame in saucepan until all lumps disappear in soups. Stir in rice, chicken breast and half of cheese. Add broccoli; then pour all ingredients into a buttered 9x13 inch casserole dish. Add remaining cheese. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until cheese melts and turns golden brown.
