PEAR GINGER SALSA 
1 1/2 c. pears, diced
1/3 diced red bell pepper
1/3 c. golden raisins
2 green onions, thinly sliced
1 fresh or canned jalapeno pepper, minced
1 tbsp. white wine vinegar
2 tsp. minced ginger
Salt to taste

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Will keep up to three days in the refrigerator.

Makes 2 cups.
