MINT COOKIES 
2 egg whites
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
3/4 c. sugar
Pinch of salt
Green food coloring
1 sm. bag (6 oz.) chocolate mint chips

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix egg whites. Add cream of tartar, sugar and salt. Beat egg whites stiff while adding sugar. Add food coloring. Fold in chocolate mint chips. Drop by teaspoon on 2 waxed paper cookie sheets. Put in oven, turn off. Leave for 5 hours. Makes 30 to 48 cookies.
