PEPPERONI ROLL 
1 loaf frozen bread dough, thawed
1/2 lb. Provolone cheese, sliced thin
2 egg yolks

Roll dough out 1/4 inch thick. Coat with beaten egg yolk. Cover with layers of sliced Provolone then pepperoni. Roll as jelly roll. Brush with rest of yolk. Bake 20-25 minutes at 425 degrees until brown. Slice. Serve hot.
