MEATLOAF 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. sausage
3 slices bread, torn into pieces
1 c. milk
1 egg, beaten
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. each onion powder, pepper, celery salt, dry mustard, and sage
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Shape into loaf in ungreased 8 x 8 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
