SWEET AND SOUR MEATBALLS 
2 lbs. lean beef
1 lb. sausage
1 c. dry bread crumbs
4 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 (28 oz.) BBQ sauce
1 (2 lb.) jar pineapple

Combine first 7 ingredients. Shape balls, brown in skillet. Heat BBQ sauce. Add meatballs. Simmer 1 hour. Serve over rice.
