SWEET MILK BISCUITS 
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. shortening
1 c. milk

Stir dry ingredients together; add shortening and milk. Stir together until blended; mixture should be moist and sticky. Work lightly with hands on floured board; roll out and cut. Lightly grease pan and tops of biscuits. Bake at 375 degrees until brown, 15-20 minutes. Yield: 18 biscuits.
