PINEAPPLE CAKE 
1/2 c. Crisco
3 eggs
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. flour
1 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can pineapple chunks, drained

Take 1/2 cup flour and coat pineapple. Mix sugar, eggs and Crisco. Add milk and flour coated pineapple; mix well. Add flour a little at a time until flour is all mixed in with batter. Grease and flour cake pan and pour batter into pan. Bake until clear of cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees.
